Please submit a return request on the website if your product is broken, defective, inaccurate, or incomplete at the time of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Please check if the seller warranty or brand warranty covers the product for faults after use or after the return policy period has expired.
The delivered goods have been damaged (i.e. it has been physically destroyed or has been tampered with)
The product that was delivered was incomplete (i.e. it was missing pieces and/or attachments).
The product that was delivered was inaccurate (i.e., it was the wrong product/size/colour, it was a bogus item, or it was expired).
The product that was delivered did not match the product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
The product that was delivered did not fit. (i.e. the size is insufficient)
**Free collection is offered within Colombo District. For areas outside of Colombo a shipping charge will apply. Return requests should be informed within 60 days of delivery.
